Since the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History revolutionized the visitor experience in its Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater in December 2024, school visitation has increased by more than 20,000 guests, and the theater now reaches near-capacity every weekend. Powered by Cosm's CX System, an end-to-end immersive solution featuring an LED dome display, immersive software, and a robust content ecosystem, the Museum transformed its aging 23-meter Omni IMAX theater into a next-generation immersive LED dome. Engaging audiences in entirely new ways, this upgrade has empowered the Museum to expand its programming into new formats such as live concerts, themed events, scientific livestreams, and interactive lectures.
Reinforcing the Fort Worth Museum of Science & History’s role as an educational cornerstone for the Dallas-Fort Worth community, this transformation marks the world’s first LED digital dome of its size in a museum and positions the Museum as a global leader in visual technology.
