From exploring the cosmos to diving into underwater worlds, MOSi's Saunders Planetarium promises to advance public interest, understanding, and engagement in STEAM throughout the Tampa Bay region and beyond.

Situated in the heart of Tampa’s innovation ecosystem, the Saunders Planetarium underscores MOSI’s commitment to supporting the region’s growing STEAM workforce and educational needs. By integrating Cosm’s Digistar software and NanoSeam projection dome, the new 8K digital dome will serve as a multidisciplinary hub, capable of hosting live concerts, events, and customizable immersive experiences beyond astronomy. As a cornerstone of Tampa Bay’s vibrant future, the Saunders Planetarium will inspire curiosity, foster innovation, and connect communities to the wonders of science and beyond.
